The Living Spaces

Styled with comfort and relaxation in mind, Swinton Grange is filled with welcoming spaces you’ll love coming back to at the end of each day, perfect for switching off, putting your feet up and settling in.

• Kitchen: The large country kitchen is expertly equipped and ideal for whipping up hearty breakfasts and delicious evening meals. A range of high-quality appliances include an American style fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and electric oven/hob. Guests will find a complete range of utensils, cookware, glassware, and tableware, along with welcoming complimentary essentials including tea, coffee, milk, bread, and biscuits – all of which can be enjoyed at the handy breakfast bar on the spacious kitchen island.
• Dining: In addition to the kitchen breakfast bar, there’s also a more traditional dining room to enjoy. It’s a beautiful, cosy space for bringing everyone together, whether that’s for a formal dinner, a board‑game showdown or simply chatting late into the evening. A wood burning fire offers that extra level of comfort.
• Living Room: Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a spacious and inviting living area, with a crackling log fire taking centre stage. Sink into the soft sofas for a cosy movie night on the Smart TV, or simply put your feet up, pour a favourite drink and unwind at your leisure.
• Practical Spaces: Ground‑floor cloakrooms, storage areas, and a utility room provide added convenience for longer stays and larger groups.

Sleeping Accommodation

With a choice of well‑appointed bedrooms, Swinton Grange makes it easy for everyone in your group to get a restful night’s sleep, ready for the day ahead:

• Double sofa bed in a private room on the ground floor
• En-suite double room on the first floor
• Two double rooms on the first floor which can also be configured as twin rooms if required.
• Completing the first floor, there is a single room which also features an additional pull-out bed – ideal for those travelling with young children.
• Extra Z Bed and cots are available upon request (additional charges apply)

Guests are provided with everything needed for a stress-free stay, including premium bedding, blankets, towel sets, dressing gowns, complimentary Borealis toiletries, and slippers.

Outdoor Living

• Private Gardens: Surrounded by peaceful countryside, Swinton Grange enjoys its own private outdoor space, perfect for relaxed mornings with a coffee or an afternoon of games.  Guests can make the most of the garden with a barbecue area for casual dining, a wood‑fired hot tub for laid‑back evenings under the stars, and a covered seating and dining area for year-round enjoyment. There’s also plenty to keep everyone entertained, with an outdoor trampoline and a miniature football pitch in the garden, making this a wonderful space for both relaxation and fun in the fresh air.
• Parking: Free on‑site parking is available conveniently close to the property.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Dogs are welcome in the cottage via prior arrangement and please note that additional charges do apply. Guest have access to acres of vast open space which incredible dedicated walks to keep your pooch entertained. Dogs are also welcome in the Terrace Restaurant and the Swinton Bivouac Café.

Swinton Country Club & Spa Access

Your stay includes exclusive daily access (2 hours) to the world-class Swinton Country Club & Spa facilities.

• Spa Times: 6:30am – 12:00pm and 6:00pm – 9:00pm (pre-booking required).
• Family Swim: Children can enjoy the indoor pool from 9:30am – 10:30am daily.
• Gym: Full access to gym facilities are available throughout your stay.
