Say ‘I do’ in our historic castle, standing proud on an ancient incline that sweeps into the inky blue waters of Stornoway harbour.  

There is a choice of four rooms to suit your party size and the entire space is also available for hire on an exclusive basis, excluding the castle's public spaces during the day.  

Five separate areas of the castle are licensed for ceremonies, including four indoor function rooms that have been delicately crafted to reflect the castle’s rich history, plus a picturesque outdoor space to exchange vows in the impressive grounds.

We're just back from our honeymoon having travelled around the North Coast 500 which was fantastic. I want to say what an excellent service Janette provided to Fraser and I throughout the entire planning/preparation stage to the big day. She's an absolute asset to the castle. Whenever there was an issue or I wasn't sure abut something Janette was on the case and made me feel that she had everything under control. I heard lot's of positive comments about Janette and the castle staff from family and friends in regards to the level of care and attention they were shown from check in to check out which Fraser and I really appreciated. The day itself was brilliant, we couldn't have asked for more. The food, especially the canapés, went down very well and we received positive comments from our guests about the portion sizes, taste, etc. which was great to hear. The décor and grandeur of the castle impressed everyone and was exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day. I want to thank Janette and the castle staff so much for all their efforts in the run up and on the day of our wedding, they made it the most special day.
