With our roots firmly in the great outdoors, we completely understand the appeal of hosting an event in the wide open spaces of our Great British coast and countryside. One location that is well-equipped for this already, is our site at John O'Groats. Our luxury accommodation is adjacent to a large events field, which has most recently hosted the incredible Mey Highland Games (frequented by HRH King Charles every year!) as well as the 'Taste North' culinary event, and other crowd-pleasers. Another advantage of venturing into the fresh outdoors, is the opportunity to let off some steam and engage in some fun-filled activities and healthy competition. The Mole Resort gives families, friends and colleagues the chance to go head to head in some axe throwing, foot-golf, archery and much more; all on the same grounds as The Mole's luxury lodges. Both our Events Specialist and the on-site team can help co-ordinate your activities, and are ready and waiting for your call! If you prefer some water based activity challenges for your team, consider Ardlui on the shores of Loch Lomond, where jet skis and yacht hire are available.

Rambling Retreats for Walking Groups

There's nothing like the sincere sense of acheivement gained from conquering an epic trail or breath-taking route. Each of our locations are on the doorstep of awe-inspiring scenery and fun-filled paths, right from your front door. A few of our sites however are ideally-equipped for walking groups and hiking clubs in particular; handy boot/utility rooms, large private decks to kick off your walking boots, deep bubbly tubs to rest weary legs and log-burning fires to warm up in front of, after days spent exploring. These larger properties also boast open-plan dining spaces and oversized kitchens - great for whipping up feasts for the whole group or sitting down to plan your route.
