The Living Spaces

Low Swinton House is ideally suited to families or small groups looking to celebrate an occasion or simply spend quality time together. 

• Kitchen: A beautifully appointed kitchen perfectly balances country style with a contemporary edge. Fully equipped, the space boasts an Aga and utility room, alongside all the high-quality appliances you could possibly need including an air fryer, coffee machine, toaster and full set of tableware and glassware. Guests are welcomed with complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, and biscuits to ensure your holiday gets off to a perfect start.
• Dining: Alongside the farmhouse‑style table at the heart of the kitchen, there’s also a more traditional dining room to enjoy. It’s an elegant yet cosy space for bringing everyone together, whether that’s for a formal dinner, a board‑game showdown or simply chatting late into the evening.
• Living Room: Gather everyone together and unwind in this inviting living space, whether that means settling down for a movie night on the Smart TV or raising a glass in front of the roaring wood‑burning fire. With sumptuous sofas and large sash windows letting in plenty of natural light, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy time together.
• Practical Spaces: A utility/laundry space and ground floor shower room ensures convenience throughout your stay, particularly for extended visits.

Sleeping Accommodation:

Low Swinton House offers beautifully presented bedrooms; each finished with comfort and tranquillity in mind. Bedrooms are arranged to suit families, couples, or friends travelling together, with:

• A double room on the ground floor
• Two double bedrooms on the first floor with a shared shower room
• Double room on the first floor which can be configured as a twin, served by a main family bathroom.
• Extra Z Beds and Cots available on request (additional charges apply)

Guests are provided with everything needed for a stress-free stay, including premium bedding, blankets, towel sets, dressing gowns, complimentary Borealis toiletries, and slippers.

Outdoor Living

• Private Garden: Enjoy a large private patio and garden, complete with a BBQ area for alfresco dining.
• Parking: Convenient, free on-site parking is included just a short distance from the cottage.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Dogs are welcome in the cottage via prior arrangement and please note that additional charges do apply. Guest have access to acres of vast open space which incredible dedicated walks to keep your pooch entertained. Dogs are also welcome in the Terrace Restaurant and the Swinton Bivouac Café.

Swinton Country Club & Spa Access

Your stay includes exclusive daily access (2 hours) to the world-class Swinton Country Club & Spa facilities.

• Spa Times: 6:30am – 12:00pm and 6:00pm – 9:00pm (pre-booking required).
• Family Swim: Children can enjoy the indoor pool from 9:30am – 10:30am daily.
• Gym: Full access to gym facilities are available throughout your stay.
