This peaceful escape surrounds you in beautiful nature, with acres of meadowland, rolling hills, woodland walks and breathtaking views. Kiri is the largest traditional stone property on the farm and offers the perfect base for families or small groups to explore the rugged beauty of Exmoor. 

Inside, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area with exposed beams, a wood-burning stove, and cosy seating, ideal for relaxation after a day of adventure. It’s also a wonderful spot to entertain and come together for an evening of good food and great conversation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. An adjacent dining space creates a leisurely space for family meals and morning coffees. 

The sleeping accommodation is spread across two floors:

Ground Floor

• Bedroom 1: A versatile bedroom that can be configured as either a twin or super king, complete with direct access to a private en suite bathroom for added convenience.
• There is an additional family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and over-bath shower to serve the other bedrooms. 

Mezzanine & First Floor

• Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor this bedroom can be configure as a Superking or Twin room. Please advise in advance of your stay.
• Bedroom 3: Located on the mezzanine and accessed by its own private staircase, this characterful bedroom features a king bed with plush furnishings.

Outdoors, the property has a furnished patio, with BBQ and a large garden area which overlooks the tranquil countryside. Enjoy shared access to the farm’s beautiful grounds, including a play area, picnic spots, and scenic trails right from your doorstep.
