Undoubtedly, it is the outdoor space that is the most notable feature of this property, which has been expertly landscaped by a team of professional horticulturalists, sitting in perfect harmony with the beautiful countryside that adjoins the property.

On the ground floor there is:

• An inviting entrance hall, with storage for wellies, sandals and all the beach kit
• Modern, open plan fully-equipped kitchen.
• Utility room, complete with separate washer and dryer and the essential wine fridge!
• Dining area with opulent seating, perfect for leisurely meals 
• Bright, spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling patio doors, which draw your eye out to the extensive private decking area. Complete with comfy rattan furniture, the deck is a relaxing spot from which you can enjoy views of the rolling fields.
• A bedroom with Double bed with an en-suite shower over bathroom and toilet.
• A further bedroom with a Single trundle bed, providing flexibility for those with children to be configured as a Single or compact Twin-bedded room (please advise upon your preference at the point of booking).
• A separate downstairs family shower room/wc, which is better suited to those with limited mobility or ideal for visitors to use.

On the first floor you will also find:

• The master bedroom with King-sized bed and a large storage area for your luggage. Guests using this room will also enjoy the striking en-suite wet room that features a separate rain shower, along with a modern his/hers vanity unit. 
• A further bedroom with a King-sized bed and an en-suite shower room.

Guests can enjoy all the modern amenities expected with a luxury stay including underfloor heating, flat-screen television, complimentary Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board and hairdryers too.

Complimentary parking can be found at the front of the property, with additional spaces available in the over-flow parking area near reception.

Cots and highchairs are also available on request for little ones.

The villas themselves include access to over 120 acres of the most beautiful woodland valley, children's communal playground and gorgeous meadows, which you are welcome to explore at your leisure during your stay. In terms of location, Trewhiddle proves the perfect blend of peaceful countryside living and incredible coastal adventures.

With the breath-taking beaches of Porthpean and Pentewan less than 5 minutes’ drive away, guests here can find themselves sea-side in no time, paddling in the famously gentle waters of South Cornwall, tucking into an indulgently creamy Cornish ice cream and generally taking in the warming rays of sunshine. Pentewan in particular is easily accessible from our spacious villas, with a bike/walking trail leading directly to the beach through beautiful woodland, 2 minutes from our entrance.

For young explorers (or those young at heart!) the iconic tourist attractions of the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both less than 15 minutes drive from the stunning wooded valley of Trewhiddle. Here you can find world-famous botanical wonders, with an incredible calendar of events to occupy even the most un-outdoorsy family members!

Providing the perfect base camp to explore South Cornwall, Trewhiddle is just a few miles from the quaint fishing villages of Mevagissey, Charlestown and Fowey where you can stock up on mouth-watering self-catering treats, tuck into freshly-caught fish and chips and browse the quaint boutiques that line the cobbled streets.
