Escape to Villa 21, a stunning three-bedroom holiday home in Trewhiddle Village. This villa combines high-end design with modern comforts for a luxurious stay for families or friends. Trewhiddle Village is centrally located on the South Cornwall coast, making it an ideal base for exploring local spots such as Mevagissey, Charlestown, and Fowey. 

You are welcomed into a spacious open-plan lounge area featuring a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, a leather recliner, and a footstool. Guests can enjoy luxury amenities such as a flat-screen Smart TV with FreeSat, complimentary WiFi, and a separate downstairs cloakroom. 

The contemporary kitchen has granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, and integrated appliances including a Neff gas hob, electric oven and microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The large dining table with eight chairs is more than adequate to seat all of your party and a highchair and travel cot is available for those travelling with infants. 

The three bedrooms are designed for relaxation, with whisper-soft beds and luxurious textiles:

Ground Floor

• Bedroom 3: Offers a super-king size bed which can be converted into a twin upon request. This room is served by an ensuite shower room finished in travertine marble.

First Floor

• Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, this master bedroom offers a king-size bed, and also boasts a master ensuite shower room.
• Bedroom 2: In this room you will find another super-king size bed which can be converted into twin beds. The room also features its own luxurious ensuite shower room.   

Each bedroom includes an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, as well as complimentary shampoo and body wash.

Step outside onto your south-facing, enclosed deck, perfect for soaking up the Cornish sunshine. With loungers and a dining space, it’s an ideal setting for al fresco dining or relaxing as you enjoy the spectacular Cornish sunsets.

Guests have access to over 120 acres of beautiful woodland valley, a communal children's playground, and charming meadows, all of which can be explored at leisure during your stay.

Trewhiddle offers the perfect blend of peaceful countryside living and exciting coastal adventures. With the stunning beaches of Porthpean and Pentewan just a 5-minute drive away, guests can enjoy seaside activities, gentle South Cornwall waters, and indulgent Cornish ice creams. Pentewan is particularly accessible from our villas, with a bike/walking trail leading directly to the beach through picturesque woodland, just 2 minutes from our entrance.
