Overlooking the serene, sparkling water of the River Gannel, Rawley Point is perfectly placed to enjoy both the tranquility of the beautiful Cornish landscape as well as the vibrant life of Newquay.

Designed to make the most of the unique views, Rawley Point offers a well positioned balcony with outdoor seating where you can sit with a morning coffee and watch the fascinating sea birds and tidal changes.

Stepping inside, you enter a comfortable open plan living, dining and kitchen space which is situated on the first floor in an ‘upside-down’ layout. The light and airy living area features large windows so the beautiful surrounding landscape is ever present. Soft, modern sofas comfortably seat all guests with plenty of space to enjoy games, evening drinks or simply snuggle in front of the TV for a movie or two.

The kitchen and dining area sits adjacent to the living room and this compact but well-appointed space has all the essentials you need to prepare an evening family feast. It features an electric oven, hob, microwave, under-counter fridge, along with a kettle and toaster. The simple yet sleek, cabinets have all the tableware, crockery and glassware you require for your stay.

The hallway from the living room, which also serves as the entranceway to the property, leads you to the main family bathroom which has floor to ceiling tiles for a fresh, clean look, a modern bathroom suite and a walk-in shower for a refreshing start to your day. Towels and linens are included.

Walking downstairs to the ground floor you will find two comfortable, well-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed with ample storage and a vanity unit. The room also boasts double patio doors which open on to a terrace with views out towards the Estuary.

The second bedroom offers twin beds which is ideal for small families traveling with children. There is also a WC on the ground floor which conveniently serves both bedrooms.

Guest are welcome to bring their four-legged friends with them as the property accepts a maximum of two dogs but please note there is an additional pet fee of £50.

Please also note there is a £100 security deposit for this property which is refundable upon a satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay.
