Loke House, a beautifully restored flint cottage nestled in a peaceful loke in the heart of Cley‑next‑the‑Sea, offers a stunning, spacious retreat for up to eight guests. With four inviting bedrooms, it’s an ideal getaway for families and groups of friends looking to unwind by the coast

The Living Spaces

The lounge is warm and inviting, where exposed beams and large windows add that special touch of character and fill the space with natural light. There are also a TV, DVD player and iPod docking station for your entertainment.

A farmhouse-style kitchen come fully equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a full range or tableware and cookware you can cook up a storm, safe in the knowledge you have everything you need. 

Within the kitchen space there is a dining table which comfortably seats 8, offering the ideal spot to gather for a feast or an evening of games. 

A separate utility room with laundry facilities provides that extra touch of convenience during your stay. 

Outside

Guests have access to lush green gardens. The enclosed front courtyard garden is the perfect location for a morning coffee, whilst the expansive, private rear garden is ideal for al fresco dining, sunbathing, and outdoor games.

Sleeping Accommodation

There are four bedrooms spread across all floors:

Ground Floor

• Bedroom 1: Double room with private views of the front garden.

First Floor

• Bedroom 2: Double room, ensuite shower room and flooded with natural light.
• Bedroom 3: Double room with garden views

Second Floor

• Bedroom 4: Zip-and-link super king (can be configured as a twin)

The bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower as well as a ground floor shower room. Please note that towels are provided as well as bedroom linens.

Other things to know about the property…

• For safety and in accordance with recent fire regulations, the fireplace is not available for use
• There is a security deposit of £250 payable on the property. This is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection post stay.
• There is roadside parking nearby or public parking at the village hall which is free of charge and just a minute away.
• Smoking it not permitted in the property
• Travel cots, highchair and baby monitors are available.
• Charging E-Bikes, E-Scooters or any other electric vehicle is strictly prohibited at Loke House

Please note that Loke House is not suitable for people with mobility impairments due to its location and configuration.
