Job Title: RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT
Reports To: Head of Commercial
Location: Trewhiddle Village, St Austell
Hours:10 hours per week, split between Monday and Saturday, within our core operating hours of 9am–5pm.
The Role
As a Reservations Agent at Together Travel, you are entrusted with creating seamless, memorable holiday experiences for our valued guests. You will work as part of a dedicated team of travel professionals committed to delivering personalised service at every touchpoint: before, during, and after each stay. Your focus on exceeding guest expectations is central to our reputation for excellence and the continued growth of Together Travel.
We’re looking for someone to work 10 hours per week, split between Monday (6 hours) and Saturday (4 hours), within our core operating hours of 9am–5pm. On Mondays, we’d ideally like a start time no later than 10am. There will also be opportunities throughout the year for additional hours during busy periods and to cover staff holidays.

Role Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Together Travel brand, building genuine rapport and delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
- Engage with guests and prospective clients by phone and email, expertly managing reservations, responding to enquiries, and ensuring every booking is flawlessly executed.
- Take full ownership of each guest journey, providing timely and personalised communication at every stage.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all properties and experiences within our portfolio, confidently sharing insights and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
- Process reservations and concierge requests with attention to detail, ensuring all guest preferences are captured and fulfilled.
- Liaise with property owners, handling queries with discretion and professionalism.
- Work closely with on-site managers to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of service.
- Document all guest interactions and preferences, supporting the team in delivering a tailored, exceptional experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and, where appropriate, recommend additional services that enrich the guest experience and support business growth.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, discretion, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Manage third-party distribution bookings with precision and care.
- Uphold brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Participate in familiarisation visits to deepen your product knowledge and deliver authentic recommendations.
- Embrace any reasonable request from Senior Management, always striving to elevate the guest experience.
Person Specification
Experience
- Background in luxury travel, hospitality, or leisure environments.
- Proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service in a high-touch, guest-facing role.
