This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded General Manager who is looking for an interesting and active role where they can take full responsibility for operations at our Cornish locations.

With exceptional communication skills the General Manager will be able to successfully lead the team to deliver exceptional service and standards to our guests and private homeowners. In addition, the General Manager will use their communication skills to build strong relations within the local community and local businesses in the area.

We operate across three stunning Cornish locations: Trewhiddle, Fistral Beach, and Fowey. Our self-catering villas at Trewhiddle, featured in BBC2’s Interior Design Masters Grand Final, offer luxurious, private retreats just minutes from Cornwall’s coastline. In Newquay, our stylish properties provide the perfect base for adventure-lovers, located near famous beaches and attractions. Meanwhile, Fowey offers a historic, cobbled town experience beside a stunning natural deep-water harbour, serving as a gateway to South Cornwall. Together Travel Co takes immense pride in offering our guests exceptional standards and a real home from home experience.

The General Manager has commercial accountability for budgeting and fiscal management, planning, organising, and directing all operations and housekeeping.
