Thoughtfully designed and complete with luxury furnishings, Apartment No. 3 has been decorated with a soothing, coastal colour palette to provide a peaceful retreat after days spent exploring the great outdoors. The open-plan living allows for the whole family to relax together, whilst each having their own space, with the well-appointed and contemporary kitchen equipped with everything you could need to whip up a Cornish feast or hearty breakfast. The separate utility room also proves handy when washing sandy swimwear or storing wet-suits and bodyboards!

The cosy yet spacious, sea-facing bedrooms boast super-king size beds, both of which can be converted to twins via zip and link mattresses and frames. There is also a spacious family bathroom with deep bubbly tub and shower, plus a modern en-suite bathroom leading off the master bedroom.

Stepping outside, Apartment No. 3 has a charming, private garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the famous Cornish sunsets and a glass or two of the regional tipples.

Apartment amenities include flat screen television with Freeview, stereo, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Travel cot and high chair are available are on request.

Please note, parking limited to 1 car per apartment. Parking in front car park limited to 45 minutes for drop off/collection only. Street car parking for additional cars is available on the road in front of the property
