Upon entering this charming property via the rear stable door, you will find a handy nook for dropping off coats, boots and bags.

Head to the right, and discover a spacious, metro-tiled, contemporary shower room that leads onto a cosy double bedroom, decorated in calming, soft, dusky pink tones-complete with built in hanging area for clothes.

Back in the main living area, you have an open plan kitchen/diner and lounge, with a quirky mezzanine level above, with limited head height, suitable for adults only -care should be taken on the ladder!

Sunshine pours in through the skylight, showcasing the character of the beautiful wooden beams that are the centre piece of this property.

The kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing a meal and includes a large SMEG fridge, integrated electric cooker & hob, kettle and toaster; with views onto the patio and fields beyond. 

Patio doors, lead off the lounge area onto your own low walled, paved patio area; complete with lighting, BBQ and garden furniture for alfresco dining-the perfect spot to take in the views of the surrounding fields.

Adjacent to the property, guests will find off road secure parking, bike storage, electric car charging, enclosed dog kennel and stables-all available via prior arrangement.

The Hayloft has two local pubs, The Crown and The Space Invader, just a five minute drive away or fifteen minute walk along country lanes.

The property is located five miles from the vibrant market town of Knutsford and just two miles from Holmes Chapel. The property is suitable for business travellers, located 5 miles from Alderley Park business park, and welcome hampers can be arranged in advance of your stay with essentials. Please also note this property is located on a quiet, country lane and accessed via a secure, gated entrance. 

The Hayloft is situated on the grounds of another residence, where your warm and welcoming host resides.

Please note following the use of the onsite EV charger, guests will be billed directly from the owner.
