Looking for a fabulous property to accommodate a large group of friends or family?

Why not combine adjacent properties Garden House and Avocet, and comfortably accommodate six adults and six children, plus  2 travel cots, or alternatively seven adults and four children, or simply a group of eleven adults. 

Dining facilities can host a party of up to twelve guests and parking is available next to Garden House.

The properties inter-connect via the boot room in Garden House and the main bedroom corridor in Avocet, and would provide you with multiple outdoor spaces.

A security deposit of £500 is payable on the property but this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection following departure. 

Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged friends but please note that pet fees apply - £25 per dog for a weekend stay and £10 per day for all other stays.
