The property has a bright, open plan lounge, kitchen/diner and two bedrooms which can accommodate up to 3 guests, plus a cot. Possibly suited to those who are less mobile, the property is all on one level, and has a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Once a Dairy barn, this property has retained much of its character, complimented by contemporary considerations such as underfloor heating, that creates a warm and inviting environment to return to after a long day of holiday adventures!

Guests are invited to enjoy the shared on-site leisure amenities, which include indoor heated pool, tennis courts, games room and gardens.

Please note this cottage d has solid travertine floors with rugs. Therefore active toddlers may require careful supervision. When booking Coot, Avocet or Garden House guests accept any risks involved.

A security deposit of £150 is payable on the property but this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection following departure. 

Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged friends but please note that pet fees apply - £25 per dog for a weekend stay and £10 per day for all other stays.
