The beautifully renovated Ivy Cottage is tucked away on a quiet corner of the picturesque village of Little Walsingham, a charming historic village known for its medieval character and easy access to the stunning North Norfolk coast. This period cottage comfortably sleeps 2-6 guests making it an idyllic break for couples as well as families looking to explore the local area. 

A bright and airy hallways welcomes you into the property, offering plenty of space and storage to get rid of muddy boots and coats as you settle in for the day.

The ground floor features two welcoming living areas, offering flexibility for adults to unwind while the kids enjoy a movie night in the other room. The living room features two plush sofas, a cosy wood-burning stove, and a SMART TV, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. 

Meanwhile, the reading room offers a peaceful haven with a comfortable armchair, a warming wood burner, and a long window seat lined with a collection of books to enjoy, an idyllic to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features a Rangemaster cooker, Belfast sink, and breakfast bar, making it a delightful space for preparing delicious homecooked meals. Guests are provided with a full range of amenities including, a hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle toaster and coffee machine.

The separate dining room provides ample seating for six guests, creating a warm and inviting space for shared meals. A second wood-burning stove adds that extra touch of comfort for a relaxing dining experience.  

A handy cloakroom completes the ground floor as well as offering additional storage space. 

To the rear of the property, a secluded courtyard garden provided the perfect space to enjoy the warmer weather and make the most of the charcoal BBQ as the sun sets around you. 

On the first floor of the property, the sleeping accommodation promises comfort and relaxation with three well-appointed bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King size bed and an old feature fireplace
• Bedroom 2: King size bed
• Bedroom 3: Twin beds which is ideal for those travelling with children

Linens and towels are provided, along with a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay

• There is a private parking space for one car directly outside Ivy Cottage with further parking available on the lane.
• A travel cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided upon request. Guests are required to bring their own bedding.
• The property is non-smoking
