Perfect for families and small groups, this charming home features two inviting reception rooms, each with its own character. Unwind with a good book in the cosy snug or gather for a movie night in the comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV. The separate spaces offer flexibility for adults and children to relax in their own way.

Kitchen & Dining

The heart of the home is the charming farmhouse-style kitchen and dining area, perfectly suited to sociable gatherings. Prepare delicious meals using the range cooker and full set of amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine, while the spacious kitchen island offers plenty of room for food preparation. Gather around the extending wooden dining table for family meals, board games, or evening drinks, with ample crockery and tableware provided for the whole party.

For added convenience, the property features a separate utility room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer, making it easy to refresh clothing and beachwear during longer stays.

Bathroom

Three bathrooms provide added comfort and convenience for larger groups, including a downstairs shower room, a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a third family shower room, ideal for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring.

• Please note that the wood burners within the property are decorative features only and are not available for guest use.
• The property features a limited number of ceiling lights, with mostly wall and table lamps throughout, all conveniently operated via wall switches.

Outdoor Amenities

Enjoy lazy afternoons in the enclosed garden, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining. Cushions for the garden furniture and a parasol are provided for added comfort.
