A generous driveway, accommodating up to four vehicles, leads you up to the characterful façade of the property which boasts traditional Norfolk charm.

Upon entering guests are greeted by two inviting living spaces, thoughtfully designed to provided maximum comfort for the whole family. While adults can gather by the fire for an evening of conversation and entertainment, children can enjoy a cosy movie night on the SMART TV, so all guests have the space to really relax. 

A bright and airy, open-plan kitchen and dining space is the real heart of the home and gives guests a place to enjoy an evening meal or perhaps a family game night. 

The fully equipped handmade kitchen is designed for convenience and style, featuring a quartz worktop, hob, Belling double oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The focal point is a spacious breakfast island with a sink and dishwasher, perfect for preparing homecooked meals. A separate utility space, adjacent to the kitchen, provides a washer, dryer and additional sink for added convenience. 

Floor-to-ceiling patio doors flood the space with light as you overlook the private garden. Here you can enjoy your meals al fresco on the spacious patio at the rear of the property, that offers a comfortable outdoor dining area surrounded by the green tranquillity of the countryside. 

The well-appointed sleeping accommodation is set across two floors providing both comfort and convenience for those who may have mobility issues:

Ground Floor

• Bedroom 1 – King-size bedroom which can be split into twin beds upon request. Features and en-suite wet room.

First Floor 

• Bedroom 2 – Super-king zip-and-link bed which can be split into two singles
• Bedroom 3 - Super-king zip-and-link bed which can be split into two singles
• Bedroom 4 – King-size bedroom with a dressing table
• Bedroom 5 – A bunk room with a single on top and double on the bottom, as well as a day bed which can be used as a single bed if sleeping 12.

Two additional bathrooms serve the bedrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for guests. The family bathroom features a generous walk-in shower and a relaxing bath, while the family shower room offers another spacious walk-in shower. Linens and towels are thoughtfully provided, adding to the ease of your stay.

Things to know about the property…

• Saltkettle is pet-friendly so please feel free to bring along your furry friend – the property can accommodate two well-behaved dogs.
• Guests are provided with a starter pack of logs, firelighters and kindling for the wood burner.
• A travel cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided upon request. Guests are required to bring their own bedding.
• The property is non-smoking
