THE ROUTE WORTH WATCHING OUT FOR
Richmond - Scarborough (STAGE 3)
Saturday 5th May - Scheduled to start between 12-2pm!
Passing through our hometown of Richmond (just 20 minutes walk from Together Travel Yorkshire Dales), this gruelling 184km journey takes contestants all the way to the East coast through valley and dale! The race will start in the market place, heading down King Street, past the station and on to the garrison.
OUR TOP TIPS FOR SPECTATORS
- Get a head start on other spectators by arriving early
- Pack water, sun cream and sunglasses
- Plan your route beforehand to avoid traffic
- Don’t forget to pack your camera!
- 2-3 hours before the race, the publicity caravan will enter Richmond, with a chance to meet the riders! A large screen will be erected in the market square which will broadcast the whole race, which all can watch!
