Deep in the heart of the breath-taking Suffolk countryside (yet just 15 minutes from the spectacular Heritage Coast), this beautiful Estate is an opulent hideaway; offering 5,000 acres of manicured grounds and pretty woodland that harbour an unforgettable collection of magical cottages, sprawling farmhouses and palatial stately homes.
Long recognised as the ‘Sibton Park Estate’ with the neighbouring Sibton Abbey dating back to 1150, the sweeping land later took influence from the works of Capability Brown at nearby Heveningham Hall, blossoming into a beautiful setting for the Fleet Street heir; Robert Sayer to begin construction of the Sibton Park Manor in 1827.
Today, the Estate has been bought back to life from well-preserved photographs to include a walled garden and orangery based on old blueprints, as well as the striking homes that are nestled throughout the grounds. On arrival, guests are welcomed at the traditional sweet-shop reception before being shown to their holiday home, where the Concierge Team familiarise them with their hideaway.
Throughout your stay, guests are encouraged to explore the pretty trails on the complimentary Pashley Bicycles, take the lake via paddleboards or romantic rowboats or even sit down to an unforgettable meal cooked by your very own Private Chef. There is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, sunken within the rolling lawns, as well as a state-of-the-art gym and tennis courts for all to enjoy.
Suffolk is iconic for its pretty towns and villages, historic castles, landscaped gardens and wide stretches of picture-perfect beaches, so has long been synonymous with those looking to holiday on home turf. With a thriving gastronomic scene and the home of expert producers of incredible regional fare, alongside a smorgasbord of cosy pubs, tempting bakeries and well-stocked delis, guests in this beautiful county will find it hard-pressed to go hungry.

The ultimate superluxe hideaway dubbed ‘Britain’s coolest party pad’ by the Sunday Times.
Formerly the estate's home farm and without doubt its oldest property, the Farmhouse sits in the heart of the hamlet within the estate’s Arcadian pleasure grounds.

Exclusive Country House Wedding Venue
Sibton believe wedding memories should last a life time rather than disappear after whirl wind nights. Sibton is a wedding estate that believes in bringing loved ones together for bespoke and breathtaking wedding celebrations - however you want to do it.
Set within hundreds of acres of parkland, lakes and woods Sibton Park is the quintessential setting for an English country wedding. The Georgian manor at Sibton Park, built in 1827, is licensed for civil ceremonies either in it's drawing room with hand-painted Chinese wallpaper and grand fireplace or in the Orangery, both offering spectacular views across parkland and the serpentine lake. Sibton Park manor has twelve bedrooms for exclusive use. Close family and friends can be accommodated on and around the estate’s farmhouses, cottages and barns meaning you have a total of 50 bedrooms at your disposal.
Whilst Sibton Park’s drawing room is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships, for those seeking something a little more traditional, the baroque church of St. Peter’s next door can bring a touch of old Suffolk charm to a wedding ceremony.
Receptions can take place in the drawing room, in a marquee or in the Orangery, a new purpose-built space for wedding receptions and events adjoining the manor. The Orangery seats up to 140 for a wedding breakfast and for larger receptions a marquee can be added on the lawn directly outside. Hex Cottage, a short drive from the main estate, is the perfect mini-moon for the newly-weds, alone, candlelit and electricity-free.
Eating & Drinking
With a team of chefs (and a black book of suppliers) the estate offers everything from locally-sourced home-cooked food to fine dining for a pinch more formality. Suffolk boasts some fine local produce which features in the menus including organic vegetables, sustainable fish and hand-reared meats. Menus, which change with the seasons, can be tailored to your specific requirements and special diets are well-catered for.
The Wine Cellar
The wine cellar stocks new and old world wines though guests are free to bring their own, as the Sibton Estate don’t charge corkage.
Guests at Sibton Park are encouraged to book a private chef due to the size of the property whilst the farmhouses, cottages and barns all feature large cooks’ kitchens, perfect for discovering your inner foodie, though guests can choose to specify chefs and waiting staff.
The chefs and service team will come to your home to cook and serve from your kitchen. Once your chef is booked, the Concierge Team work with you on your final menu choices that are chosen in advance of your stay.
Most of the properties also include a range of local provisions – seasonal and tailored to guests’ preferences where possible – and, of course, local Adnams fizz on arrival so your escape to the country gets off to the best possible start.
For the home cooks looking for a hassle free escape, arrive to your home to find your supermarket delivery unpacked and waiting for you to get cooking right away - just ask our Concierge Team for further information.
Sibton can also look after your catering without the formality of service with their unique drop and go menus. Hearty meals prepared by the private chefs and in your fridge for arrival.
