The Lost Gardens of Heligan: Best Events in 2020

Hidden, sub-tropical rainforest in the heart of Cornwall...

Just a scenic 10 minute drive along the glistening coastline from our villas in Cornwall, the Lost Gardens of Heligan offer an internationally-acclaimed day visitor attraction, deep in the heart of the wild Cornish countryside. Mysterious and alluring, this sprawling 1000-acre estate was once lost to the local flora, before being famously uncovered by Tim Smit and John Willis in 1990; revealing a myriad of hidden gardens built centuries before.

From the towering, exotic specimens and Burmese rope-bridge in the UK's only outdoor jungle, to the riot of colour in the Victorian gardens (don't forget the iconic oversized sculptures and charming working farm!), there's much to love about the Lost Gardens of Heligan and their calendar of exciting events...
