The facility is operated inside The Sardine Factory, in a prominent position on the quayside at West Looe.

For those that don't fancy climbing, the building also has a coffee shop serving good coffee and cakes and a free interactive Harbour Heritage centre that showcases the Maritime history of Looe.
The Sardine Factory also has a fish restaurant on the first floor, overlooking the Looe river and caters for all ages.
