This newly converted duplex apartment is located on the top floor of a traditional red brick building in a quiet corner of the city. Just a stone's throw from York Train Station, it's perfectly situated for all the local attractions and amenities, whether you're celebrating, sightseeing or finishing a hard day's work.

Stepping inside the apartment, guests are greeted by a small lobby area, the perfect place to drop the bags and kick off those shoes after a long day. This leads to two spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom. Decorated with soft throws and cushions, both bedrooms feature king size, zip and link beds which can be configured into two singles. Next to the bedrooms is a modern, well-equipped bathroom with everything you need to get ready for that evening out or to wash off the stresses of the day. 

Hairdryers, towels, shampoo and shower gel are all provided so there will be more room in your bag for any treats you wish to pick up during your stay.

Upstairs, you enter a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area which is ideal for socialising with friends and loved ones over a delicious meal or a few glasses of fizz. The interiors of the apartment have been curated to reflect modern, stylish city living, with comfort always at the forefront. Pops of colour against crisp white walls pay homage to the vibrant diversity of the city.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, including all crockery and cookware, plus all the necessary appliances, such as a kettle, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. The kitchen adjoins a compact dining area where guests can gather for a relaxing takeaway or enjoy their morning coffee.

The adjacent living space invites guests to relax in front of a Smart TV, on a sumptuous sofa, which also unfolds into a double bed for two guests: ideal for couples with small children or teenagers.

Parking for the apartment is located opposite in Blossom Street car park at a current rate of £10 for 24 hours.

Please note there are steps to this apartment and there is no elevator access. It is recommended that guests with mobility issues or requiring wheelchair access consider our Riverside Apartments which are just a short distance away and still located at the centre of the city near the River Ouse. Whilst there are some steps to enter the building, the Riverside Apartments do have elevator access.

Prior to your arrival date we will contact you to authorise a security deposit payment of between £300 and £600 per property. The exact amount will depend upon which size property you have booked. All payments will be promptly refunded after your stay, subject to no damages being incurred.
